How it's integrated with LiveHire
SkillSurvey and LiveHire have developed a standard interface that allows a user to seamlessly create a candidate in SkillSurvey Reference from within LiveHire. The integration will save time and allow recruiters to initiate the SKS Reference check process, as well as easily access the final report from the SKS email notification. Configuration is required within LiveHire and SkillSurvey.
When a recruiter is ready to check references for a candidate, the recruiter will initiate the reference assessment process through LiveHire.
The references will receive an email from the candidate with a link to fill out the survey.
An email will be sent out to the candidate with instructions and a link to access SkillSurvey to enter reference information.
The recruiter will receive an email notification from SkillSurvey when the minimum numbers of references have completed their surveys, and can then finalise the the Report. Once the candidate is finalized, LiveHire will show the Reference Check process as Complete under the Activity column and provide a link to the report.
