Providing strategic, servant leadership to our consulting teams across design, development and data capabilities
Advise our workforce planner on sales pipeline health and consider requirements for hiring and capacity planning
Review statements of work minimising commercial exposure and summarise any concerns to Squad Lead
Drive the squad delivery model from kick-off to end of project retrospectives
Continuous improvement and leadership of the squad
Organising and running squad events
Drive consultant engagement and ensure squad is a great place to work
Keep the squad running smoothly by optimising around key metrics such as utilisation, profitability, return on capacity etc.
A passionate servant leader, with the hunger to ensure our digital squad is the best professional services place to work in Queensland
Experienced in service delivery having held a delivery-focused role (e.g. Engagement/Delivery Manager or consulting leadership)
Experienced in creating and setting up engagements for success
Collaborative and able to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including clients and the team
Confident in managing complex projects with demanding clients including constraints such as budget, time and scope
An effective and authentic communicator, with strong facilitation and presentation skills
Highly motivated with excellent follow-through and multi-tasking skills
Passionate about technology and the outcomes we can create for our customers
