As a superior relationship manager, you'll deliver a premium experience with world class personalised service to some of our HVC’s. Essentially, you will personally manage customer wagering investment and activity, in addition to identifying and executing turnover and revenue growth opportunities for our business. You'll also develop and execute strategies to identify and attract new customers and retain existing. You’ll need to be a solution finder as opposed to a problem finder.

To be successful in this role you will need exceptional customer relationship management skills and the ability to create win-win outcomes in unique situations. Experience in using CRM systems such as Salesforce is preferred, along with an interest for racing and sports.
