The Strategic Partnerships Team is responsible for contributing to the growth of the Little Real Estate property management division, by identifying and securing new properties for management through national and local clients. We achieve this by identifying and establishing new relationships with key accounts, whilst managing and growing existing relationships.

The Associates role is to learn all aspects of identifying and securing opportunities for new properties to be managed by Little Real Estate within the local and international community. This role involves cold calling, prospecting and presenting – with some preparation of appraisals and administrative reporting required in addition to supporting existing relationships in place with local and international referral networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with Key National and local Accounts with a view to increasing new business
  • Attend sales meetings, seminars, training sessions and other relevant events conducted by the clients, as required
  • Provide market appraisals for the clients, as required
  • Meet with potential clients
  • Ensure potential customers are provided reliable, accurate and relevant advice regarding property movements and industry trends
  • Respond to referrals from clients
  • Provide regular feedback on progress of referrals to the referral source
  • Actively network with others in the business to promote LITTLE Real Estate and our strategic objectives

Securing New Key Accounts

  • Build and manage a prospecting database of potential new National Key Accounts
  • Identify new emerging categories (i.e. aged care transition services)
  • Build and maintain a database of useful, valuable relationships aimed at future clients recording all details on a company database.
  • Provide accurate reports on results


  • Follow set systems and processes and ensure accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Update and maintain property management software


  • Agents Representative Certificate or higher
  • Year 12 School Certificate
  • Current driver’s licence
  • Microsoft Office Suite - Basic
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills
  • Experience on incoming calls switchboard


  • Property Management or Sales database software
