We’re an ambitious team and focused on being the best that we can be. As part of our evolution, we are thrilled to have created a Transformation Office.
This is the exciting part! As part of the Transformation Office Leadership Team reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, you will be responsible for guiding the successful delivery of a portfolio of strategic programs that accelerate our growth, simplify our business and leverage the capability and scale of Suntory.
Specifically you will be responsible for:
- Establishing a PMO Team
- Embedding best practice around project management governance methodology, processes, tools & templates and become a centre of excellence for our business in this area
It is crucial you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities and delivering to tight deadlines and your style will be an blend of implementing organisational-wide change activities with an expert ability to influence and coach people including senior stakeholders through all stages of change.
Ideally the role will be based in our North Strathfield office.

To be successful in the role, you’ll bring the following with you:
- 10+ years’ experience in project management, or related field
- At least 5 years’ experience managing a team
- A demonstrated ability to foster collaborative and mutually supportive relationships with program leaders and senior stakeholders.
- The ability to not only connect with your audience but inspire, excite and challenge those you work with to be more strategic and operational in their thinking
- Experience with Agile methodology, ideally in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Experience with Integrated Business Planning processes is desirable
