IT Engineer and System Specialist with Technical BA and Technical Architect experience in Health.
With 12 years of experience as an IT Support Engineer I have become familiar with the unusual support expectations and requirements of multiple 24/7 remote mining and manufacturing operations as well as complex enterprise corporate environments. I have also gained an in-depth understanding the businesses requirements of ICT. During this time I have supported many specialist industry MES software packages including Uniformance PHD server and client tools (Honeywell), DataMine, Surpac, Xpac, Vulcan, DocsOpen, Primavera, SAP, Intools, RMS, RBMWare (AMS) and developed in-house JAVA applications for new and existing systems. I was fortunate to have been involved with the St John Ambulance IT Infrastructure Team in the evaluation and implementation of a Mobile Device Management (Air Watch) solution for the deployment of the in-house App, ePCR (Electronic Patient Care Records), to the fleet of 800 Apple iPads. This was a major project backed by the WA government. Presently I have enjoyed the challenge of being part of the ICT Commissioning Project for the Fiona Stanley Hospital as a Technical Business Analyst for the Bring Our Own Application Team. The role has brought together many skills I have used over the course of my career.
