Our Sydney-based team is part of a national powerhouse, delivering projects of all sizes across commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. With a cross-country approach, you’ll gain exposure to a rich variety of work, expanding your expertise and influence far beyond the city limits

What you'll do

  • Lead and deliver civil engineering projects from concept to construction
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and trusted expertise
  • Guide junior engineers and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
  • Take ownership of design management, superintendency, and site surveillance
  • Work across disciplines with internal stakeholders and national teams
  • Contribute to projects that shape cities and communities across Australia

About you

  • Solid industry experience on Australian civil engineering projects in a consulting environment
  • Well-versed in effectively delivering multiple, concurrent projects ranging in scale and sector, e.g. commercial, residential, industrial, land development, subdivisions and infrastructure/roads
  • Strong client relationship management and project management skills
  • Sound working knowledge of relevant Standards and Codes (AS/NZS 3500, NCC, etc.)
  • Proficiency with 12D and Civil 3D (desirable but not essential)
  • Drainage software experience preferred
