We are currently looking to engage a Façades Engineer to join our Brisbane office.

Our Property and Buildings team is a community of built environment experts, driven by a passion to create sustainable, accessible, and resilient communities. Through powerful partnerships and multidisciplinary collaboration, we design places to deliver social, environmental and financial value for clients around our changing world.
What you’ll do:
Your role will be one of engineering support of our façade design and consulting role. Your professional investment will help drive success in our business as part of a strong working team culture.
- Undertake engineering analysis and calculations and review of same by others
- Coordinate engineering facade design with other discipline services and clients
- Coordinate engineering requirements with tender and construction documentation
- Preparation of technical reports on small to medium projects
- Management of small size projects

About You
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Typically 2-6 years’ relevant experience in façades.
- Experience across a range of façade types on medium-to-large scale projects.
- Capable in supporting project technical requirements including design engineering, thermal modelling and detailing.
- Proficiency in engineering and drafting software: Strand7, Mathcad, AutoCAD, THERM, WINDOW.
- Capacity to support the team and internal stakeholders to efficiently deliver projects.
- Good report writing and effective communication skills.
- Capacity to help train and mentor junior engineers.
