About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Sydney team and deliver exceptional outcomes across a diverse range of sectors—commercial, healthcare, education, mission‑critical facilities, and major transport infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in city‑shaping Metro Sydney projects and next‑generation data centres, while supporting broader building services initiatives nationwide.

What You’ll Do

• Lead electrical design for single and multi‑disciplinary projects, ensuring best practice and compliance.
• Drive project delivery from concept to completion, managing budgets, timelines, and technical risks.
• Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other disciplines to achieve integrated solutions.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 6–10+ years’ experience in building services design (consulting environment preferred).
• Expertise in electrical systems for complex projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical analysis tools (ETAP or similar).
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and Codes (AS/NZS 3000, NCC).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
