This is your chance to play a pivotal role in supporting engineers, scientists, and consultants across the country, helping deliver projects that make a real difference

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the go-to person for smooth operations, ensuring our teams can focus on delivering outstanding results. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing dedicated administration support to the business
  • Producing polished, professional documents that meet deadlines and exceed expectations
  • Proofreading and reviewing non-technical documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Assisting with tender preparation, including certificates, insurances, CVs, and client reports

  • Managing credit card reconciliations, timesheets, expenses, purchase orders, and invoices
  • Supporting onboarding of new starters—arranging access, workstations, and welcome essentials
  • Organising employee travel, medicals, inductions, and training courses
  • Handling data entry tasks such as soil/rock logs in our system
  • Championing a culture of quality, safety, collaboration, and respect

About You

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in being the trusted support for both colleagues and clients.

You’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of administration experience in office or team support
  • Confidence with technology, especially Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and ideally Office 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Delve)
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle priorities with ease
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a consultative approach
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset balanced with a collaborative team spirit
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, supportive, and high-performing team culture
