Our Contaminated Lands team works on some of WA’s most challenging projects, from managing contamination risks in resources and mining to delivering solutions for major infrastructure, oil & gas, land development, and defence.

What you’ll do
- Plan and deliver field investigations - soil, groundwater, surface water, and vapour sampling - across diverse sites.
- Contribute to conceptual site models (CSMs) and defensible sampling plans that guide smart decisions.
- Use innovative tools and technology to collect, manage, and interpret environmental data.
- Prepare clear, high-quality reports and proposals that help clients and regulators make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with senior consultants on complex remediation strategies, gaining exposure to risk assessment and compliance.
- Be part of a team that values mentoring and growth, with structured development pathways to progress to senior roles.
What we’re looking for
- Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or similar.
- 2 – 8 years’ experience in contaminated land assessment and remediation.
- Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and get involved in all the opportunities our team offers.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Interest in learning WA’s regulatory frameworks (Contaminated Sites Act, NEPM schedules) and how they apply to real-world projects.
- Full Australian working rights and manual driver’s licence.

- Part of our Earth & Environment team, with 1,000+ specialists across Australia, supported by 4,500 engineers and scientists nationwide.
