About The Role… As a trusted People Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to deliver people‑focused initiatives that support both current priorities and future growth. You’ll influence key outcomes across organisational design, engagement, development and HR system transformation, helping ensure strong foundations and confident leaders.
What You’ll Be Doing…
- Strategic HR Partnership - Provide trusted advice and insight to senior leaders, using people data to inform decisions across culture, capability and performance.
- Generalist HR Delivery - Partner with Centres of Expertise to deliver key lifecycle activities including remuneration reviews, engagement initiatives, seasonal campaigns and divisional support.
- Project & Change Delivery - Contribute to high‑impact people projects, from organisation design to process improvements, ensuring practical, well‑executed outcomes.
- HR System Readiness - Support embedment of a new HRIS by educating and enabling leaders through change.
- Continuous Improvement - Review and enhance people processes and tools and resources to ensure they are contemporary, accessible and genuinely useful for leaders and teams.
What You Bring…
- Strong generalist HR experience, ideally within a large, complex or fast‑paced organisation
- A natural partnering style, with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly with senior stakeholders
- Agility and confidence, working independently while staying connected and collaborative
- A tech‑forward mindset, with experience using HR systems (SuccessFactors experience highly regarded)
- A passion for improving how HR work gets done, through better processes, tools and experiences
