About the Role…As Commercial Manager, you’ll act as a trusted commercial advisor, providing insight, financial discipline, and decision support across:

• Our store network
• Digital channels
• Brand‑led and marketing initiatives

You’ll support both short‑term trading performance and long‑term brand and customer strategy, helping leaders make informed, confident decisions that align with Macpac’s values and ambition.

What You’ll Be Responsible For…

• Act as a trusted finance business partner - Work closely with Retail, Brand and Support Office leaders to support confident decision‑making
• Deliver clear commercial performance insight - Provide actionable visibility across sales, margin, costs, inventory productivity and channel performance
• Lead financial planning and outlooks - Own budgeting, forecasting and rolling outlooks with robust scenario and sensitivity modelling
• Prepare the monthly reporting pack for the Macpac leadership team
• Evaluate and support investment decisions - Assess returns across store network, digital capability, and marketing and brand initiatives
• Translate numbers into meaningful action - Convert financial data into insights that drive customer outcomes, brand priorities and sustainable profitability
• Apply constructive commercial challenge - Balance disciplined financial challenge with a pragmatic, collaborative approach
• Maintain strong financial governance - Ensure controls, compliance and reporting align with Group standards
