About The Role… In this role, you will lead Supercheap Auto’s retail network across Australia and New Zealand, taking full accountability for performance, culture and execution at enterprise scale. This is a pivotal executive role where your leadership presence, commercial judgement and people impact will directly shape the success and future of an iconic retail brand.

• A large, diverse and highly operational workforce across metro, regional and small‑town locations 

Where You’ll Make an Impact

• Culture, Leadership & Engagement - Lead as a visible, credible figurehead, inspiring teams at scale, building trust across the network, championing a customer‑first mindset, and driving engagement, accountability and performance toward the five‑year future state.
• Retail Operations, Sales & Performance - Own end‑to‑end retail execution across the ANZ store network, delivering sustainable sales growth and EBIT through disciplined operations, frontline leadership and excellence in high‑volume, seven‑day trading environments.
• People Leadership, Safety & Workforce Productivity - Lead through leaders by building capability, accountability and succession while embedding a safety‑first culture and optimising labour, productivity and cost discipline across a large frontline workforce.
• Property, Network Growth & Commercial Discipline - Contribute to network expansion and store location strategy by applying proven retail property capability and strong commercial acumen across Australia and New Zealand, including regional and multi‑site portfolios.
• Enterprise & Cross‑Functional Execution - Partner across merchandise, supply chain, marketing, people, finance, safety and property to translate enterprise strategy into consistently high‑quality store‑level execution within a matrixed environment. 

The Experience Behind the Impact…

• Proven Scale Leadership - Demonstrated senior leadership experience across large‑scale, multi‑site retail or operations environments.
• Established Retail & Property Expertise - Retail property and network experience, including exposure to store rollouts and geographic planning across AU and NZ
• Broad Geographic Retail Insight - Deep understanding of metropolitan, regional and small‑town retail dynamics across complex store portfolios across Australia and New Zealand
