The Role You’ll Play:
We’re on the lookout for an Operations Analyst who thrives on solving problems and improving performance. In this key role, you’ll provide both operational and technical support for our fast-paced Contact Centre, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. As the main point of contact for Sales Managers and their teams, you’ll oversee the Telephony system (Genesys) and ensure all systems operate efficiently.
You won’t just maintain processes- you’ll drive performance, provide actionable insights, and play a key part in improving both sales and customer service.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Proven experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar role within a corporate environment.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and drive improvements.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Access, Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with SQL is preferred but not required.
- A solid understanding of both inbound and outbound call centre operations.
- Basic KPIs and call Centre metrics understanding
- Experience with telephony systems such as Genesys is a plus.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
