• Relevant qualifications in organisational development, HR, psychology, or a related discipline
• A strong track record in designing and embedding people frameworks that drive performance, engagement, and capability growth
• Confident facilitator and communicator, skilled at building trust and influencing stakeholders across all levels
• Hands-on experience with cultural transformation, DEI, or employee experience initiatives
• A self-starter with the ability to navigate complexity, manage competing demands, and stay focused on what matters most
• Digitally savvy, with proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Slack, and survey platforms, and a data-led mindset to guide decisions and improve outcomes
• Comfortable with ambiguity and change, with a growth-oriented mindset and a bias for action and progress
