About the Role:

Are you a seasoned IT professional with deep experience in managing and optimising enterprise-grade systems? We’re looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to take ownership of our core infrastructure, with a particular focus on identity and access management via Okta, alongside technologies like Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra.

In this senior-level role, you’ll lead the administration of Okta, ensure smooth user lifecycle and security management, and optimise cloud and on-prem systems to drive operational efficiency and reliability. You'll also act as a technical mentor to the Service Desk team, play a key role in solving complex technical issues, and drive continuous improvement across our environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead administration of Okta for SSO, SCIM provisioning, user lifecycle, and access control across the business.
• Configure, maintain, and optimise integrations between Okta and third-party apps to ensure secure, seamless identity management.
• Implement and enforce Okta security policies to align with best practices and reduce organisational risk.

• Oversee Microsoft 365 & Entra for secure, compliant, and efficient user and access management.
• Manage Microsoft Intune & Autopilot for modern device provisioning, application deployment, and policy enforcement.
• Maintain and optimise collaboration tools such as OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
• Lead software packaging, deployment, and update processes to ensure system performance and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and recommend strategic enhancements to improve system efficiency, security, and reliability

What You’ll Bring:

• Extensive hands-on experience as a systems administrator, with strong expertise in Okta identity and access management.
• In-depth knowledge of SSO, SCIM, and Okta integration with third-party platforms.
• Proven experience implementing security policies within Okta and Microsoft environments.
• Strong capability in Microsoft 365, Entra, and Intune/Autopilot for managing users, devices, and apps.
• A proactive, analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement focus.
• Ability to coach and mentor junior team members, especially in technical troubleshooting and system administration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
