The Opportunity:

Are you ready to elevate your career to the next level? We're seeking an Engineering Delivery Lead who will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of technical initiatives and continuous improvement across software engineering squads.

• Lead end-to-end software delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality execution through the software development lifecycle.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and champion best practices to support effective planning and execution.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, and Project Managers to establish priorities and manage delivery plans.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders through structured updates and reporting tools (e.g., RAID logs).
• Monitor delivery health, track team velocity, and address risks or blockers proactively.
• Promote continuous learning, agile thinking, and collaboration while ensuring adherence to governance and compliance frameworks.

About you:

• 3+ years of experience in software delivery roles, managing agile delivery and release cycles across cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate agile delivery using hands-on experience with SDLC processes and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Utilise modern tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps) to manage and track progress, ensuring teams meet goals.
• Coordinate and support the delivery process with strong organizational and facilitation skills to keep teams focused and aligned.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear updates and ensuring alignment
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, mentoring teams, and embedding an agile mindset to improve performance.
