About The Opportunity:

As our Internal Communications & Change Manager, you’ll be the voice that brings this journey to life. You’ll work closely with our CEO and senior leaders to craft messages that don’t just inform but connect, inspire, and drive action. This is a great opportunity to shape culture and clarity during one of the most exciting transformations in our company’s history.

• Be the voice of transformation and lead the development of internal communication strategies that align our people with our purpose and vision, inspire progress and build momentum.
• Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to deeply understand their voice, ambitions and priorities – translating into authentic, inspiring communication.
• Advise senior leaders on engagement strategies for transformation and change initiatives which require individual and cultural behavioural change.
• Strengthen the employee experience by partnering with teams including People & Culture, technology and others to deliver communications that are clear, consistent, and genuinely people focused.
• Use feedback and data to evolve how we reach, engage, and inspire our people across both organisations.
• Manage staff engagement channels; including staff intranet, internal slack channels, newsletters and Town Halls seeking to increase engagement and evolve channels.

About you: 

You’re a strategic communicator with a passion for connecting people to purpose through clear, engaging, and impactful messaging. You thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and know how to bring stories to life in a way that inspires action.

• Relevant qualifications in communications, PR, HR, or a related discipline.
• A strong track record of crafting internal communications that drive culture, support change, and influence behaviour.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and leading high-impact communication initiatives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your message to suit a range of audiences.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
• Hands-on experience managing internal communication platforms such as intranets, Slack, and other digital tools.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
