Services include infrastructure, stormwater drainage, bridge maintenance, transport network technologies, trades, and land remediation. The branch has a focus on delivering value for money and prioritising whole-of-life infrastructure.
The Role
The Outcome Coordinator is responsible for providing effective outcomes for operational challenges in the Community Infrastructure Delivery Team. Their primary focus is on ensuring the successful delivery of the Suburban Enhancement Program (SEF) and other scheduled projects through an external delivery model.
Key responsibilities include providing expert technical advice, participating in continuous improvement efforts, liaising with stakeholders, and coordinating the delivery of SEF and capital projects.
The Outcome Coordinator plays a crucial role in driving positive outcomes and supporting the overall delivery model of construction.
Key requirements:
- knowledge and experience: in the delivery of SEF and Capital projects through an external model and asset management practices
- project management: high quality management and coordination of multiple projects
- communication skills: strong interpersonal, written, and verbal
- negotiate and influence: working with internal and external stakeholders to gain positive and successful outcomes
- business improvement initiatives: experience in implementing change
- managing customers: proven track record in a dynamic environments
- team work: contribute to team culture and direction through feedback and continuous improvement.
Mandatory requirements for this role include a C Class drivers license and White Card in Construction.
