Material Coordinator I (Onsite: Odessa, TX)

The Material Coordinator I under direct supervision, responsible for ensuring timely materials goods movements, accurate and appropriate storage and movement of products and inventory accuracy.

• Pay Rate: $22.00 - $25.00/hour, depending on experience.
• Assignment Length: 6-month contract with the high possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and other factors.
• Shift Details: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm|11-hours |10 days on, 4 days off | Starting on Tuesday

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for other daily operations functions of the warehouse which includes various clean-up and housekeeping activities.
• Job will also require the performance of other duties and activities as directed.

Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehousing.
• Two year degree and 1 years work experience preferred.
• Experience working in an operations environment is preferred, including knowledge and use of handheld scanners and lift truck certification.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effective teamwork abilities.
• Proficient communication skills across email, Teams, text, and phone.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP is an asset.
• Proficiency in using machinery and tools, including forklifts, drills, and non-powered tools.
