About the Role

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for safely and efficiently operating production equipment to meet performance and quality targets. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and set up machinery to meet production targets
• Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance
• Replenish machines with raw materials
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimise downtime
• Complete production and quality reporting
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives

What You’ll Bring

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Sound communication and basic computer skills
• Experience operating manual machinery in an FMCG environment

Desirable:

• Forklift license
• Experience in printing or packaging
• Familiarity with GMP, 5S, and OFS systems
