We’re excited to welcome applications from emerging HR professionals to join our growing People team in Adelaide, SA. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of HR experience looking to take the next step in a dynamic, operationally focused environment.
The role will be based at Hindmarsh with regular time spent in both our Brompton and Regency Park sites. Reporting to the Regional People Partnering Manager, you’ll provide generalist HR support across the business. You’ll work closely with People Business Partners and leaders to build strong teams, support workforce planning, and contribute to a culture of safety, performance, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver day-to-day HR support across the business, including coaching leaders and managing employee relations.
- Support Business Partners to guide workforce planning, skills profiling, and classification structures.
- Provide policy advice, interpret Award and Enterprise Agreements and support industrial relations projects.
- Support Operational recruitment process including Apprentices.
- Support the management of the apprenticeship program in line with contractual requirements.
- Analyse HR data and trends to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
- Contribute to the annual People calendar, HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness.
What you’ll bring:
- 2–3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within manufacturing, construction, or maintenance/service industries.
- Strong working knowledge of HR systems, policies, and industrial instruments.
- Exposure to Enterprise Agreements and employee/industrial relations frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the confidence to handle challenging conversations.
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- A current unrestricted driver’s licence.
