PEOPLE ADMINISTRATION LEAD

Are you a detail-driven HR professional with a passion for process improvement and people support? We’re looking for a People Administration Leader to join our dynamic team and take ownership of our People Support Services function.

About the Role

As the People Administration Leader, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things HR administration. You’ll lead and mentor our People Administration Officer, manage employee records and systems, and ensure seamless execution of the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the People Administration Officer
  • Manage end-to-end employee administration lifecycle processes
  • Ensure accurate and timely HR transactions and payroll communications
  • Maintain compliant and up-to-date employee records
  • Oversee onboarding compliance checks and documentation
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar HR administration role
  • Strong understanding of employment law and NES
  • Proven experience managing employee lifecycle processes
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Desirable:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline
  • Experience with payroll systems and process mapping
