Cup and Carry is seeking a skilled Flexographic Print Operator to run our cutting-edge EKOFA press in a safe, supportive, and innovative environment. If you're passionate about quality, precision, and sustainability, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate flexographic printing equipment with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
• Set up and adjust machines according to production requirements
• Monitor product quality and maintain GMP standards
• Achieve productivity and waste reduction targets
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and printer trials
• Record production data and assist with root cause investigations
• Collaborate with team members and uphold company values
• Operate other production machinery as required

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Trade qualification in Flexographic Printing
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience in full process printing (up to 120 LPI)
• Personal integrity and resilience under pressure
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Commitment to health, safety, and environmental best practices

Desirable:

• Experience producing high-end consumer packaging for the FMCG industry
• Previous operation of flexographic printing machines
