Flexographic Printer

About the Role

As a Flexographic Printer, you will be responsible for setting, operating, and maintaining our state-of-the-art EKOFA Printing Machine. Working closely with production team members, you’ll ensure that output meets scheduled requirements and product quality aligns with our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate flexographic printing equipment with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
• Maintain compliance with OHS policies and procedures
• Conduct machine setup and adjustments as per standard procedures
• Monitor and maintain product quality and GMP standards
• Achieve productivity and waste reduction targets
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and printer trials
• Record production data and contribute to root cause investigations
• Support team collaboration and uphold company values
• Willingness to operate various other production machinery as & when required

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

• Trade qualification in Flexographic Printing
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience in full process printing (up to 120 LPI)
• Personal integrity and resilience under pressure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to health, safety, and environmental best practices

Desirable:

• Experience producing high-end consumer packaging for the FMCG industry
• Previous operation of flexographic printing machines
