Based at Head Office in Adelaide, the Demand Planner is an integral member of our Group-wide Supply Chain Team that has global reach and plays a critical role in the organisations’ ability to service a diverse customer portfolio, across multiple products sourced from our manufacturing facilities in Adelaide, China, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines and India.

You will be responsible for developing and managing forecasting to ensure all customer demands are achieved and an accurate demand planning process is in place. A key focus will be building strong stakeholder relationships and providing excellent levels of service to both sales and operations teams. You will also support any training and coaching requirements for team members and key stakeholders in the forecasting process.

You will be a process driven, tenacious and proactive person who is looking to join a fast-paced, progressive, and forward-thinking company. Furthermore, your problem-solving, analytical thinking and ability to simplify data will come to the fore in this position.

The successful candidate will possess previous experience in a related demand planning/analyst role, preferably with experience supporting forecasting with key stakeholders. Experience with systems and processes to support our S&OP strategies will be highly regarded as well as advanced excel skills. Key to your success will be your natural ability to think analytically, exercise initiative and be proactive in your approach to your work.
