Join a collaborative supply chain team with global impact. Shape demand planning for a diverse product portfolio.

We’re looking for a Demand Planner to join our Group-wide Supply Chain Team at our Adelaide Head Office. This team plays a critical role in servicing a broad customer base across multiple product categories, supported by manufacturing operations in Adelaide, China, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, and India.

As part of a high-performing team of Demand Planners, you’ll be responsible for managing forecasting for your assigned portfolio, ensuring customer demand is met with precision and efficiency. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across sales and operations, providing insights and support to drive continuous improvement.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and manage demand forecasts for your designated product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and service excellence.
  • Support training and coaching initiatives to enhance forecasting capability across the business.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights to support decision-making.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in demand planning or a related analytical role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with S&OP processes and systems.
  • A proactive, process-driven mindset with a knack for problem-solving and data simplification.
