What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and delivering automation and integration solutions using Power Automate, PowerApps, and Logic Apps.
• Leading AI/ML initiatives that improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Providing senior-level support and mentoring junior team members.
• Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and system performance.
• Driving technical change and continuous improvement across IT systems.

What You Bring:

• Advanced experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Windows Server.
• A knack for problem-solving, innovation, and translating tech into business value.
• Experience with automation platforms (Power Automate, Dell Boomi, Workato) and scripting (PowerShell).
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for making tech work for people.

Desirable:

• Microsoft or Cisco certifications
• Experience with ERP systems (QAD, Epicor, SAP, Dynamics)
• ITIL or cloud architecture knowledge
