Our Branch  

Information Services branch (ISB) supports and enables nearly all of Council’s day-to-day activities and services through efficient, flexible and innovative ICT solutions. ISB leads the ICT strategy that supports the business objectives of Council as a whole, as well as information management and ICT service delivery in Council. 

The Role

Join Brisbane City Council as an ICT Project Manager and take the lead in delivering projects that shape the city’s digital future. In this role, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of ICT initiatives - covering applications, networks, and integrations - ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

You’ll work closely with skilled teams and key stakeholders to turn ideas into practical solutions that improve services for the community. If you’re passionate about driving outcomes, influencing change, and applying best-practice project management methodologies, this is your opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic and growing city.

To be successful you will have:

  • proven experience delivering ICT projects on time, within scope and budget
  • strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities effectively
  • ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • excellent communication and problem-solving skills to drive outcomes.
