Welcome to 2023! As we start this new year, we have had a chance to take some moments of gratitude for all of you who have supported LiveHire this year and reflect on some of our best moments of 2022. This past year we achieved some big things and for that, we are truly grateful.  It also means we have many people to thank because we realize that in order for us to continue to achieve success, it will take a village that includes our team, our clients, and our partners. Thank you to the 20 organizations that chose LiveHire as their direct sourcing technology partner this year—thank you for trusting us to represent you and your brand. Thank you to our strategic partners who helped us deliver direct sourcing to our clients and who are committed to supporting our mission to empower the flow of the world’s talent. Thank you to our entire LiveHire team for the work, dedication, and passion poured into our product and delivery of our solutions. Thank you to all of the analysts who have helped us define what direct sourcing is and who help us to continue to educate the market regarding how to create a successful direct sourcing program.  Finally, thank you to those of you who chose to join the LiveHire team this year – we are proud to work alongside you and are grateful that you chose us! In order to continue to provide white-glove support to our clients, we expanded our team to include people from multiple states and countries.  

As part of our growth strategy, we launched and expanded our partner network with LiveHire’s Thrive Partner Ecosystem, announcing new partnerships with new technology, transformation, RPOs, MSPs, VMSs, and Curation Partners. We announced our partnership with AMS and listing on AMS Verified. LiveHire is also proud of our strategic partnership with SAP which includes the launching of listings with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Fieldglass, and a new SAP Total Talent Workforce Management solution.  We also signed a strategic partnership with TAPFIN, one of the four largest Managed Service Providers (MSPs) globally, after a competitive process. Lastly, we partnered with Beeline to offer an extended workforce platform designed to empower Beeline customers to uncover and engage with the best talent. 

At LiveHire we are extremely outcome-driven and want to share some of the successes we have achieved with our clients and partners.  We delivered some significant results to Intuitive, in partnership with Raise, and also worked with HireGenics to deliver results to AllState and the UK’s premier international airline.

In 2022, we finally got to see many of you in person as well as some of our team members!!  We attended trade shows like CWS North America, Procurecon, Club VMSA, and HR Summits across Australia. We also hosted and attended webinars with industry leaders from SIA, SAP Fieldglass, QuantumWork Advisory, Broadleaf, TalentBelt, and several others. 

We continued to raise the bar for educational content with new blogs, eBooks, and whitepapers. LiveHire co-published a whitepaper with QuantumWork Advisory on “Why Direct Sourcing Programs Fail.” We also took part in research published by SIA, Ardent Partners, and Talent Tech Labs.

LiveHire also rings in the new year with some accolades under our belt including:

  • Crozdesk winners of the Quality Choice, Trusted Vendor, and Happiest Users Awards
  • HR Tech Award Winners for “Best Innovative or Emerging Tech Solution” in the Talent Acquisition category
  • Recognized as a High Performer in Applicant Tracking Systems, Enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems, Asia Pacific Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Software in G2
  • Finalist in The TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards for three categories including:
    • The Candidate Experience Solution of the Year
    • The Talent Tech Innovation Award (+75 Employees)
    • The Contractor Solution of the Year

We are already hitting the ground running in 2023 and with the support of our partners and clients, we look forward to accomplishing even more in 2023!
