The Ad Ops Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of digital advertising campaign execution, ensuring that ads are trafficked correctly and running smoothly across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Setup: Configure and traffic digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., display, video, social media) according to specifications and deadlines.
  • Ad specs: Provide detailed ad specifications to marketers & creatives.
  • Quality Assurance: Review ad creatives and ensure they meet all technical requirements and guidelines before launch.
  • Monitoring & Optimization: Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make real-time optimizations to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to ad delivery, tracking discrepancies, and campaign performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers, Sales Teams, and Creative Studios to ensure campaigns align with client objectives and deliverables.
  • Reporting: Generate and distribute regular performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all campaign activities, updates, and changes in a centralized system.

  • Be familiar with policies and procedures, as well as completing any associated training, as communicated or made available on the intranet and our learning systems.

Knowledge & Experience (preferred & recommended)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Entry level role, perfect for a graduate.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.
