Your opportunity:
As our valued Senior Corporate Counsel, you will play a vital role in delivering strategic, business‑focused legal support across TPG’s key technology and network functions. You’ll draw on your deep corporate and commercial expertise to provide high‑impact advice, lead complex negotiations, and anticipate legal and regulatory risks to enable pragmatic, customer‑focused outcomes. In this senior role, you’ll take ownership of your portfolio, act as a trusted adviser to stakeholders, and be recognised as a thought leader and “go‑to” specialist within the legal team.
You'll make impact by:
- Providing strategic and commercially focused legal advice;
- Leading and negotiating commercial transactions to ensure contracts support and protect TPG’s interest and enhance TPG’s business relationships;
- Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements;
- Protecting TPG’s reputation and property; and
- Working closely with a range of stakeholders across TPG, you’ll be a trusted advisor who delivers practical legal solutions.
What you’ll bring:
- At least 6+ years PQE (or equivalent) in commercial or TMT law.
- Strong experience in drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial agreements including Master Services Agreements and Statements of Work, with the ability to develop pragmatic solutions to complex issues.
- Experience with technology contracts dealing with SaaS and other cloud-based offerings, software and technology licensing and outsourcing arrangements highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
