Your opportunity
As a Compliance Assurance Specialist, you will support the delivery of TPG’s Customer Operations risk and compliance frameworks through administrative, reporting and process‑improvement activities. You’ll monitor and track performance against key risk, compliance and spend targets, assess and communicate results, and contribute to improvement initiatives and awareness activities. Acting as a specialist point of contact, you’ll work within a motivated team to drive practical, innovative solutions across the business.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly compliance tasks, including preparing reports and summary packs.
- Conduct audits on high‑risk topics and review audit accuracy completed by other teams.
- Take minutes in regular meetings and manage action tracking to ensure timely follow‑through.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and deep‑dive analyses into emerging compliance drivers.
- Participate in business-wide improvement initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Support ongoing compliance process reviews and identify opportunities for enhancement.
What you’ll bring

- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Experience working with data and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar dashboards.
- An interest in compliance, risk management, and process improvement.
- Confidence to speak up—asking questions, raising observations, and challenging constructively when needed.
