With one of our team looking to head off on Parental Leave shortly, we have an exciting opportunity to join our eCommerce team on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract as an eCommerce Development Manager, based out of our Support Operations located in Strathpine, Queensland.

About the role

Playing a pivotal role in BCF’s eCommerce team, you will work closely with our GM of eCommerce & Marketing in identifying, scoping and developing opportunities to enhance BCF’s delivery in the eCommerce space and will take the lead in driving, executing and delivering on these projects and streams of work.

Some of your responsibilities will include

  • Drive ATV and CVR targets through accuracy and quality delivery of projects that support the Ecommerce strategy and new growth opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities both internally and externally that will deliver significant growth opportunities over a medium- and long-term horizon, congruent with the broader business strategy
  • Use analytics tools and resources to identify business opportunities, best practice, and develop a plan for capability and feature enhancements.
  • Work with key business stakeholders to define business requirements and coordinate UAT for Group-led Ecommerce projects and initiatives
  • Lead the strategy for product enrichment and implement initiatives with the aim of achieving best practise. 

To be successful in this position

  • You will come from an experienced background in eCommerce Management and Online Merchandising
  • You have a strong understanding of the digital customer journey and experience
  • Demonstrated success in delivering on increased brand awareness, average transaction value and conversion rates
  • Experience in leading and delivering on initiatives and projects
  • A highly analytical approach with skills in making data-driven decisions
