We’re seeking two DC Team Managers (Inbound and Outbound) to join our Erskine Park Distribution Centre on the morning shift (6:00am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday).
Reporting to the DC Operations Manager, you’ll lead daily operations, manage labour, and drive safe, efficient and on-time service in a fast-paced environment.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Service Delivery & Customer Outcomes - Own end-to-end service delivery across inbound, outbound, and online fulfilment, consistently meeting DIF, timeliness, capacity, inventory accuracy, and communication standards.
- Labour Planning & Workforce Management - Plan, resource, and manage labour to deliver operational targets efficiently, providing real-time leadership to mitigate risks and balance cost with service performance.
- Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement - Drive operational excellence by maintaining performance benchmarks and leading continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, productivity, service, and cost outcomes.
- People Leadership & Team Engagement - Lead, develop, and engage a high-performing team through strong frontline leadership, capability development, accountability, and an inclusive, safety-focused culture.
- Safety Leadership & Compliance - Demonstrate and drive a strong safety-first culture through daily start-up meetings, safety shares, team warm-ups an

About you...We’re looking for passionate and experienced Team Managers to join our team, lead the way in a fast‑paced environment, and prioritise the safety of our people. You will bring strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team motivation and engagement, as well as proven experience in identifying continuous improvement opportunities and implementing actionable measures.
In addition, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with experience leading team members and team leaders
- Experience with inbound and/ or outbound operations
- Proven ability to coordinate team tasks and deliver daily operational targets in fast‑paced, KPI‑driven environments
- Demonstrated operational decision‑making ability
- Understanding of labour models and associated costs
- Familiarity with WMS and RF devices
- Proven experience leading safety in an operational environment
