Based in our Brendale Support Office, reporting to the Chief Supply Chain Officer. The Supply Flow team acts in a central capacity to deliver a synchronised and executable supply plan for all SRG. This is undertaken through collaboration with the Brand Planning Teams and Operational Supply Chain teams to align supply chain plans and capacity into a single view.

As the Head of Group Supply Planning (Supply Chain) you will lead the supply planning centre of excellence, ensuring alignment with Group and Brand objectives through working with key internal and internal stakeholders. The application of your planning and project deliverable skills will see you optimise our retail trade position by maximising operational capacity and minimising cost and supply impacts.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Provides oversight to the Executive Leadership Team on the shape of Inventory & Capacity Plan
  • Leads alignment of brand supply plans to operational capacity through the supply chain network
  • Engages with brands to create and align on a single accurate and achievable supply plan
  • Reviews the supply chains long terms risks and opportunities
  • Identifies opportunities to optimise brands inventory to deliver cost, service or safety benefits.
  • Manages the Product Services team to ensure products can be managed safely and efficiently through our supply chain.
  • People Leadership

About You:

To deliver successful outcomes in this role you will have:

  • Extensive Planning experience through Demand, Supply, Merchandise and Inventory, through multi-brand and/or multi-channel retailing or FMCG
  • Lead broad operational teams, preferably with experience in remote and multinational teams
  • Experience with forecasting and replenishment systems (JDA/SAP ideally)
  • Significant experience working in retail or FMCG industry, preferably experience working with a multi-brand or multi-national Company or complex supply chain industry
  • Experience working across multiple business functions, brands and/or divisions and internal and external stakeholders to deliver results
  • Ability to manage complex internal and external stakeholder groups through negotiation and influence.
