What You’ll Do
- Lead Game-Changing Initiatives – Partner with executives, senior leaders, and SMEs to design and embed new operating models that drive group-wide transformation.
- Turn Ambiguity into Action – Break down big, complex challenges into clear, structured, value-driven solutions.
- Reimagine the Way We Work – Redesign processes with a sharp focus on customer experience, powered by data, insight, and design thinking.
- Influence at the Top – Build credibility, present with impact, and shape decision-making across senior leadership.
- Build Capability – Lift continuous improvement skills across SRG by coaching and enabling leaders with process excellence tools and mindsets.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in strategic improvement, operational redesign, or transformation.
- Strong background in turning strategy into execution and delivering real outcomes.
- A practical approach to automation – using it to enhance, not disguise, processes.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to create clarity under pressure.
- Confidence influencing senior stakeholders on complex or sensitive topics.
- Hands-on experience leading cross-functional change initiatives.
Bonus Points For…
- Consulting or operations-focused experience.
- Retail or FMCG background.
- Knowledge of back-office/shared services.
- Skills in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking, or Service Design.
- Data fluency with Power BI, Excel, and data-led decision making.
