We’re looking for a motivated and curious Category Specialist to support the ongoing improvement of our Non‑Stock procurement processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn, grow, and build strong foundations in procurement.
In this role, you’ll support the delivery of our Non‑Stock Procurement Framework and help ensure we bring value to the business. You’ll be part of our Group Procurement Team, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their needs, assist in supplier engagement, and contribute to business outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Assisting the Category Management team with spend analysis, contract reviews, and market research.
- Helping track and analyse key procurement performance metrics.
- Supporting procurement reporting to identify opportunities and priorities.
- Assisting in the tender planning process.
- Supporting Contract Officers with supplier kick‑off and onboarding.
- Monitoring procurement team enquiries and helping prioritise and assign them as needed.
Working in a hybrid model, this role is ideally based in Brisbane (Strathpine office); however, we are also open to candidates located in Sydney (Rhodes office).
