About the role… As a People Advisor, you’ll be a trusted first point of contact for people‑related enquiries. You will excel in providing essential support to leaders across our Company. Your expertise will encompass providing generalist support and consistent advice across a spectrum of everyday, repeatable, and operational people-related matters.

What You’ll Be Doing…
- Trusted Advice When It Matters – Provide practical, people‑first HR advice and coaching to leaders and team members, helping them find the right solutions or guiding them to the appropriate specialist team when needed.
- Building Leader Confidence - Strengthen People Leader capability by developing tools, insights and learning solutions informed by HR data and business needs.
- Connected Partnerships - Build collaborative relationships across People Services, CoEs and the broader business to understand the wider People eco-system
- Confident Employment Relations - Apply sound ER knowledge to advise on legislation, agreements and policies, escalating matters to the relevant specialised team
- Data Done Right - Ensure accurate, compliant handling of people data while supporting strong governance through education, documentation and process uplift.
About You…You’ll bring a blend of people insight, HR foundations and confidence working with leaders at different levels.
- Proven in Fast‑Paced Environments – Experience working in a high‑volume HR or People Advisory role.
- Curious & Trusted Communicator – Naturally inquisitive, with the ability to build trust and communicate with empathy and credibility.
- Employment Law Confident – Strong knowledge of employment legislation across Australia and New Zealand.
- Independently Strong, Team Focused – Confident taking initiative while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
- Adaptable and Organised – Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a changing environment.
- Relevant Foundations – Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline (desirable).
