About The Role… As a People Services Administrator, you’ll provide timely and accurate administrative and transactional support across the employee lifecycle, including the actioning of team member requests to deliver a smooth people experience.
This is a high‑volume, process‑driven role—ideal for someone who values structure, accuracy and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing…
- People Services Delivery - Provide accurate, high‑quality HR administration, maintaining employee records and preparing people documentation across the employee lifecycle.
- Smooth Processes & Workflows - Support HR workflows and approvals, administering defined people processes and ad‑hoc requests to keep operations running efficiently.
- Smart Enquiry Triage - Resolve enquiries where possible or guide them to the right People Advisor or specialist team, escalating sensitive matters in line with service standards.
- Content, Insights & Improvement - Maintain People content and reporting while continuously improving processes through curiosity, questioning and efficiency opportunities.
