The Role:

The role sits within our Sports Operations team which enables the weekly replenishment planning for stores, owning the distribution planning and supporting supply optimisation for product stock movements.

As an Operations Specialist you will support the execution and Supply Plan for Sports (Rebel) through creating and cascading distribution plans for on time and cost-effective store replenishment. You will work in partnership with the merchandise teams, regularly reviewing demand reports throughout the store and distribution networks, matching available inventory and transport planning with the release of stock.

About You:

You will bring to the role your demonstrated understanding of supply chain operations including inventory and logistics. You will combine your experience in Merchandise Planning, Inventory Management, Transport and Logistics or Distribution Centre Operations along with the following:

  • Communication skills, both internal and external interactions
  • High level administrative skills
  • Intermediate level MS Word and Excel
  • Time management and prioritisation abilities
  • Reporting and analytical skills
  • Continuous Improvement mindset and delivery experience
  • Inventory management
