We have an exciting opportunity to join our organisation as a Provisioning Specialist based in our Support Office in Strathpine, Queensland
About the role:
Reporting to the EUC Manager, the Provisioning Specialist will be responsible for the planning and scheduling for all technology aspects required for retail store fit outs, refurbishments, relocations, closures and extensions, as well as greenfield projects across all brands within Super Retail Group (SRG). You will be required to oversee a range of different projects ranging in scale and value concurrently, ensuring Brands adopt standardised IT equipment, solutions, operating environment and applications across the stores
Some of your key responsibilities may include:
Lead, plan, resource, drive and control project delivery, contributing towards the brand strategy and mitigating project risks.
Maintain all registers and schedules for Store Provisioning requirements for identified new, relocated, refurbished, rebranded and closure stores
Facilitate weekly meetings with Vendors to ensure that they are tracking to key target dates and to identify any potential blockers to delivery
Support the Asset and Licensing Team with all asset and licensing activities, in relation to Store Provisioning
Ensure all hardware purchases are aligned to the SRG Group Procurement Policy to facilitate that spend is in line with budgeted forecast and recommend potential cost saving activities
Troubleshoot, triage, escalate and communicate any technical issues for stores
Adopt and ensure a positive and solution-oriented approach when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure an uninterrupted supply of quality goods & services
Maintain a safe working environment for all team members by ensuring compliance with all WHS safety programs and building a commitment culture throughout the team
To be successful in this position:
Demonstrated experience in I.T. project coordination within the retail industry is essential
Project Management / Coordination certifications (Agile, Prince 2, PMBOK, etc) or tertiary qualifications within the IT sector would be highly desirable
The ability to collaborate with internal team members to provide visibility on project cost, resource allocation, financial and commercial compliance and risk mitigation
Experience in development relocation/shutdown/closure schedules and coordination of move, add, change or cancellation of services (e.g. Telco)
Confident to facilitate meetings, escalate potential issues, identify risk and opportunity, drive schedule progress and updates
Demonstrated reporting and project time sheeting skills
Advanced Excel skills and experience using SAP (Asset, Internal Orders, Financial, Purchasing, Reporting)
