Overview of our role

As the Project Manager, you will lead a high‑performing delivery team responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing workplace technology initiatives across our sites. Operating within the Digital team, you will oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of technology solutions—including site technology fit‑outs, workplace hardware and software deployments, and infrastructure readiness—ensuring each site is equipped with the tools and systems required for efficient and modern operations.

You will proactively engage senior business stakeholders, site leaders, and technical teams to scope requirements, plan delivery schedules, and ensure successful deployment into operational environments. A key part of the role is prioritising work based on team capacity, capability, and operational impact while ensuring all activities align with established portfolio, governance, and methodology frameworks, as well as applicable regulatory and compliance standards. Your leadership will ensure technology is delivered seamlessly, on time, and with a strong focus on quality and user experience.

A little about you

• Delivering workplace technology and site‑deployment projects end‑to‑end to agreed cost, schedule, scope, and quality.
• Managing multiple concurrent technology rollouts and prioritising based on operational and site readiness needs.
• Leading cross‑functional technical teams to deliver workplace hardware, infrastructure, and site technology fit‑outs into production.
• Planning, coordinating, and deploying technology resources, equipment, and vendors across multiple locations.
• Managing project budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, and change control for technology deployments.
• Producing clear deployment plans, site readiness documentation, and presenting updates to governance forums.
• Working with suppliers, site stakeholders, and digital toolsets (Microsoft & Atlassian) to ensure successful, on‑time technology go‑lives.

Qualifications / certifications & Skills

• Tertiary Qualification in Information Technology, Business or related discipline and/or equivalent industry experience is desirable
• Experience in project and delivery management, with the ability to manage several projects concurrently is highly desirable
• Knowledge of and experience with software development lifecycles
• Understanding of the digital landscape and Information Technology
