About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Finance Analyst – Planning & Analysis who enjoys working closely with others, building strong relationships, and contributing to meaningful financial outcomes across the business.

In this role, you’ll partner with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver thoughtful financial planning, clear insights, and well-informed recommendations that support sustainable, long-term success. 

What You’ll Be Doing

Partnering & Insight (40%)

  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide meaningful financial insights
  • Develop and maintain financial models that support thoughtful planning and decision-making
  • Provide scenario analysis and guidance to help leaders navigate complex decisions

Planning & Coordination (30%)

  • Support the delivery of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans
  • Collaborate across Finance teams to bring together accurate, well-aligned financial information
  • Contribute to clear and engaging reporting for senior leadership

Continuous Improvement (20%)

  • Help improve planning tools, templates, and reporting processes to make them more efficient and user-friendly
  • Contribute to system enhancements and automation initiatives (e.g. SAP, Power BI)
  • Support data quality and consistency across systems

Collaboration & Support (10%)

  • Act as a central point of coordination for finance-related requests
  • Share knowledge and work collaboratively across teams
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive team environment 

About You

You’re someone who values collaboration, communicates clearly, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work that supports others.

Your experience includes:

  • experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, ideally within a large or complex organisation
  • Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Familiarity with SAP and/or BI tools

You’ll also bring:

  • A degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or similar
  • CA or CPA qualification (or working towards)
