About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and collaborative Technology Business Administrator who thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and positive momentum to complex processes. You’ll play a key role in supporting digital contract lifecycle activities, improving procurement workflows, and ensuring our teams and vendors stay connected, informed, and set up for success.
You’ll be working closely with a wide range of stakeholders, helping create smoother ways of working while ensuring our technology investments are well-managed and deliver real value.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting Contract & Procurement Processes (50%)
- Coordinating contract administration and renewals across Digital
- Creating and managing purchase requisitions and purchase orders (POs)
- Keeping documentation, registers, and systems accurate and up to date
- Partnering with stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely processes
Keeping Things Running Smoothly (20%)
- Maintaining contract records and preparing clear, useful reports
- Supporting compliance with processes in a practical and approachable way
- Communicating updates and managing priorities collaboratively
- Helping teams stay organised and on track
Managing Telco Expenses (20%)
- Overseeing telecommunications billing and invoice processing
- Acting as a go-to person for telco-related queries and improvements
- Identifying opportunities to simplify and improve processes
- Bringing visibility and clarity to usage and costs
Contributing to Commercial Outcomes (10%)
- Supporting cost management across OPEX & CAPEX
- Assisting with vendor relationships and ensuring value for money
- Helping track and report on financial performance
About You
You’re someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, supporting others, and making processes easier and more effective.
Your Experience
- Experience with procurement, purchase orders, and invoicing processes
- Familiarity with SAP (or similar systems) for PRs, POs, and invoicing
- Exposure to telecommunications billing or expense management
- Strong data handling and reporting skills (e.g., Excel)
- Understanding of IT or service management environments (ITIL desirable)
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- ITIL Foundation (desirable, not essential)
