The opportunity

As Territory Manager, you will be accountable for driving business success within your region. You’ll lead and mentor Account Managers, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and execute strategic business plans. Your role will combine commercial acumen with client-centric leadership, as you build strong partnerships with employers, industry stakeholders, and business partners. You’ll also identify new business opportunities, champion member engagement initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor Account Managers, ensuring compliance with RG146 accreditation.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with growth objectives.
  • Maintain and grow employer/member portfolios through proactive engagement.
  • Deliver quarterly service reports and implement client engagement strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure seamless onboarding of large accounts.

About you

  • Proven leadership experience in financial services, with a strong track record in account management.
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement successful sales and account management strategies.
  • Knowledge of superannuation, industrial relations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and report-writing skills.
  • RG146 complaint.
