The successful candidate will strengthen the Fund’s regulatory confidence and member trust by owning end‑to‑end product governance, including disclosure and DDO outcomes across the product suite.
The opportunity
By leading complex cross‑functional delivery, uplifting product frameworks and proactively managing regulatory change, this is a role with leadership impact in ensuring products remain compliant, clear, member‑focused and market‑leading. The role plays a critical part in reducing product governance risk, enabling effective Board and Committee reporting, and delivering high‑quality member communications that support strong product outcomes and a seamless end‑to‑end member experience.
About you
You bring strong, demonstrated experience with end‑to‑end ownership and accountability for driving product deliverables, underpinned by influential cross‑functional leadership. You are recognised for your strength in product governance and risk leadership, paired with decisive, confident decision‑making. You role model accountability and lead change with clarity, setting a strong example for teams and stakeholders alike.
