As a Partnership & Events Specialist you’ll play a vital role in elevating our brand and member engagement. By driving strategic partnerships and delivering memorable events, you’ll strengthen stakeholder relationships and contribute directly to market presence and reputation.

The opportunity

As a Partnership & Events Specialist you’ll be at the heart of our brand’s growth and reputation. You’ll collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and see your work directly contribute to Hostplus’ success. Some key responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver all aspects of the Hostplus partnership portfolio, ensuring value and compliance.
  • Build and nurture relationships with partners, stakeholders, and associations.
  • Coordinate internal teams to plan and execute innovative partnership initiatives and events.
  • Track and analyse partnership performance and ROI to drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee event logistics, working closely with venues, suppliers, and partners.
  • Support the team with administration, reporting, and governance processes.

About you

  • 5+ years’ experience in partnership management, events, marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outstanding results.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude with the confidence to influence at all levels.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creative problem-solving.
  • A degree or qualification in Marketing, PR, Event Management, Communications, or a related discipline (preferred).
