International Freight Coordinator

We’re looking for an International Freight Coordinator who thrives on accuracy and teamwork. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where every detail matters, this is your chance to shine.

What you’ll do:

  • Data entry and maintain accurate records in ERP systems (QAD or similar).
  • Check shipping documents and ensure compliance with customs and Trusted Trader requirements.
  • Coordinate international freight movements and liaise with freight forwarders.
  • Verify invoices and assist with PO receipting.
  • Share tasks and work closely with a supportive team to meet deadlines.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or freight coordination.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (QAD or similar).
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic environment.
