International Freight Coordinator

We’re looking for an International Freight Coordinator who thrives on accuracy and teamwork. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where every detail matters, this is your chance to shine.
What you’ll do:
- Data entry and maintain accurate records in ERP systems (QAD or similar).
- Check shipping documents and ensure compliance with customs and Trusted Trader requirements.
- Coordinate international freight movements and liaise with freight forwarders.
- Verify invoices and assist with PO receipting.
- Share tasks and work closely with a supportive team to meet deadlines.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or freight coordination.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (QAD or similar).
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic environment.
