Customer Service
About the Role
Provide a proactive and professional service and support role for the sales functions of the sales team and regional key accounts. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers of Detpak Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and undertake centralised processing from calls, fax and e-mail orders in an efficient manner to provide high levels of customer service to internal and external customers.
- Provide the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
- Proactively address customer concerns and requests, developing solutions that demonstrate the Detpak promise of delivering quality value and service.
- Promote the organisation’s products and services to customers through all interactions and telephone contact.
- Adhere to and push back with the Sales Team ensuring adherence to DPS Policy and procedure.
- Maintain and update customer and product database.
- Make outbound calls to existing customers.
- Manage and minimise obsolete and current stock holdings.
- Arrange dispatch of products and/or product information to existing clients or new contacts.
- Assist in carrying out customer surveys or market research projects.
- Manage and maintain outstanding stock orders.
- Manage Order to Delivery of stock in line with DPS Policy.
- Work in close co-operation with the Sales Team to promote the responsiveness and professionalism of the team.
- Invoicing and Sales Orders to be processed with a high level of accuracy and in a timely manner to ensure on time arrival of goods.
- Weekly Maintenance of MFG-Pro Functions
- Any other duties as directed.
