About the Role

The Salesforce Developer is central to Detpak’s transformation, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that position the platform as the trusted source of customer truth. This role enables sales, service, and marketing teams to achieve outstanding results, while requiring strong technical expertise, cross-regional collaboration, and a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and the Detmold Way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design scalable solutions aligned with business transformation goals.
  • Develop Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Visualforce to deliver secure, scalable solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope, design, and deliver CRM initiatives that drive business value.
  • Maintain Salesforce declarative and programmatic tools.
  • Manage Salesforce releases and project enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
  • Build data integration between Salesforce and other applications.

What You’ll Bring

  • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer, Salesforce.
  • Administrator Software: Salesforce, Microsoft suite..
  • Minimum 3 years of Salesforce development experience across Sales, Service, and marketing Clouds.
  • Experience with agile delivery and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).

Desirable:

  • Additional Salesforce certifications e.g., Certified Javascript.
  • Experience with Salesforce Flow and modern declarative tools.
  • Knowledge of integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) and ERP systems.
  • Experience in manufacturing sector or Manufacturing Cloud.
